650 Air Filter Recall (2003) A letter Kawasaki has been sent that said:"Dear Kawasaki Owner,This letter is sent to notify you that on some p650's, the air filter element may begin to separate at the seam where the foam air filter is joined together, resulting in diminished filtration performance. Our records indicate that you have bought one of these units"
