How much rum to get drunk? im bored and never really tried drinking before.. i smoke the occasional weed with friends (not during football or wrestling season) but never got drunk. i dont like beer and i found some rum and it smells okay so id like to try it and wanted to know how much to get a good buzz going on. this isnt a "im tryin to be cool" i just wanna try it, it tastes ok.

I knock off what we down here call a 40 pounder (1125 ml) in a night when we're "on it". Pretty spastic after that though lol. I don't suggest doing that though! Try a couple of nips in a glass with coke and ice......hey can ya still hear me?

i was up to 1/2 gallon every 2 days ,a few yrs back ,woke up drinking went to bed drinking ,an worked all day drinking ,no one could tell, guess they never saw me sober

If you are of average weight and a non-drinker, 2 oz will make you legally impaired; 5-6 oz and you should be well on your way.
As a non-drinker my best suggestion would be not to drink at all.

it was 3 smthing in the morning and i felt a little buzzed after 5 shots but shorty after fell asleep. ill try again after work today.

I'd say if you gotta ask this question then you aren't old enough to drink in the first place. Don't start and you won't have to worry about stopping in 20 years or how you're going to keep your job "this time".

lol, hey man i wake up at 6am get ready for school, 7:00-2:35 school, work 3-11pm. dont have much time for anything and if i want to drink a little on the weekends i will.

Sounds like you don't have a lot of free time. So with what little free time you do have, getting drunk is all you could come up with?

Are you even old enough to be drinking? Just asking because if you aren't, the reasons for not drinking just went up.
