Friend just took an Outlaw home to repair a crack that we saw.. while checking it out, discovered 7 other cracks in the frame.. We're going to be checking a couple other Outlaws at the club this weekend to see if they are showing any signs of frame damage.

Just wondering if anyone else has heard of issues with the Outlaws or are experiencing it themselves? Or it could just be our riding area.. Like I've said in the past, no matter what machine you have, the area will destroy it ...

Manufacturers stopped testing their machine here.. area is too tough on them :P

weak frames, polaris is doing nothing about it. polaris is one of the worst companys you could buy from.
wifes little hawkeye 300. makes 13 hp. brand new not even two weeks old just riding around the house just getting a feel of her new machine the front lower control arm breaks off the machine. it took amounth to get it fixed. after that a rear cracked and popped out the rear diff. another 3 weeks to get that fixed. a year later recalls on front lower control arms breaking and rear cv joints cracking and popping out of diffs. then heres the best one. i forgot to say 2 hrs of owning it it lost its brakes. some how at polaris they forgot to put the cruxh washers on the rear brake caliber. goes to tell ya how well polaris makes there machines. everytime i go riding with some one with a polaris its breaking down or dont run right... i spent 1500 bucks and redid the engine from top to bottom. by blue printing and balancing and made changes. now the little hawkeye runs great and doesnt rattle knock, clunk, and it now has 22hp. now thats workmenship at its best.
