Anyone else here burnt out the injection ECM, or "brain"? I have a pal that has gone thru 2 in as many years. Ideas?

I would check for breaks in the harness or rubbing wires. I have seen lots of problem with suzuki wiring, they don't leave enough slack in the wire harnesses. I would get a service manual and go through the fuel injection troubleshooting. To see if the Ecm is getting too much or not enough voltage. May help you find a short if there is one also.

Thanks. We'll be checking the harness very closely.
