Default Clutch Problem Prairie 300

Hey does anyone have any pointers for me on where to go next. I have a 99 prairie 300 4x4. The secondary clutch fell apart and the primary clutch wore to the point where I bought a new aftermarket one and a used secondary clutch with 1,000 miles on it. I can't get my machine to go over 30 now. I put the old secondary cutch back on and its even worse the belt engages bad huge clanging noise. Could the aftermarket primary one not be working right or are there other things i should check for on my secondary?

Did you torque the bolts to the right specs?

Yea i torqued all the bolts to spec. I used new bolts for the main center one that holds the clutch to the machine and thats to spec as well. I read the manual and went through the secondary clutch arording to the manual for size and wear of all the parts in the secondary and they all check out ok.
