Got it all done and setup for the T4. soon as it gets done from testing I'll be offering this service to my kawasaki clutch modification lineup.
So far I have Primary clutch modification and primary spring change(no stall setup or high stall setups)
looks something like this.
T4 primary modification involves faceplate modification, spider modification, and sheave modifications and clearancing. There is no KEBC braking system on there. so nothing has to be done.
No special pullers are involved for removing this as well. remove the 22mm nut (reverse thread) and off it comes. it's splined shaft. so no overtorqing on the shaft and causing issues like on the tapered clutch setups of the past.
also, NO deflection setting. the secondary is a constant pinch setup.
I'll be working on adjustable weights as well as higher rate secondary springs in the next coming months.
