Default prairie 700 mods and clutch questions

hi vforcejohn im looking for some mods to do to my 2004 prairie 700 and everyone has been saying to get a clutch mod but im not sure what one i need like stage 1,2,3,or 4 and also how much it costs. Also im going to be putting on 26" mudlite xtrs on it and i usually ride on my 20 acres of property but sometimes ill race someone and want a bit more speed but not much mudding. I have a few trails but quite a few hills. Also ive been thinking of the full muzzy exhaust system for it is that a good idea?

First thing I'd ask anyone with a 2004. How is the condition of the clutch?? How many miles.

9/10 I see older machines need parts along with the modification.

If it's in good condition, I'd suggest a stage 2 spidermod setup with my #1/#4 spring setup. 345.00

ill have to check the condition of the clutch tomorrow but it seems to work fine and still tops out around 60-65 mph but it takes about 300rpm off idle to get it to go into gear which it used to almost go into gear right off idle and it has 3800 miles on it before the electrical system went so im still trying to figure that out because all of the sudden when i went to turn it off one day it wouldnt start unless pull started and the lights flickered and the computer dash would turn on and off so ive got it all ripped apart now trying to figure that out. it needs a lot of other things so im rebuilding the whole quad by summer with about a $2200 budget, but when i took the belt cover off, the belt had no cracks at all and still looks almost like new. Im also taking off the valve covers and doing whatever everyone suggests on the pre 05 models its something to do with the screws that hold the piece that hold the cam in fall out and destroy the engine. ive got to do a bit of research on that, So im rebuilding the whole quad but the belt looked new, it still reached 60+ mph and didnt take much at all to get it into gear. I got used this summer with 2300 miles on it for $3300 and think he said he put in a black spring but cant remember so ill let you know when i figure it all out.

The RPM difference is due to a worn out, un-adjusted belt. Either that, or the primary clutch has some serious wear.

ill get that one then and i think i heard its a good idea to buy the stock belt before and im also wondering about the coolant. What i did was drained the old 50/50 green coolant and put a hose into the radiator and flushed the rad but i didnt flush the system i just put water through each of the cooling lines untill there was no green coming out at the bottom of the pump. The next day i took the hose off and a tad bit of green was still left in there and waited another day and then pulled off the hose again at the water pump and it still had the slightest green but barely noticable. Then i put water through the lines for the last time then put in the engine ice coolant. Is that ok how i cleaned the cooling system out? because the dealer where i got the engine ice from said thats fine if its not completly clear of the green coolant just dont mix it. So will i have any problems? or is what i did ok?

It's fine; coolant is fully compatible with other coolants.
