Default Stalling in gear

Hi I have a 2003 Kvf 360 4x4 that for the past month has needed to be reved higher once i put it in gear before it would move.
Today it started lurching and stalling as soon as i put it in gear.
If I rev it up high them put it in gear it will go but when i slow down it stalls like the auto clutch wont disengage and let it idle

first off, I assume that you're letting it warm up properly before you try to take off.

Have you adjusted the idle screw up to see if that cured it?

Default Idles fine in neutral

In nuetral it idles fine and i always choke it and let it warm up for 5 min.
What ever it is that engages when its put in gear and you hit the gas must not have disengaged,
It lurches forward when put in gear then stalls like a standard truck would if you popped the clutch.

Would reseting the belt light switches do anything?
They are not flashing.
It has been very cold here lately with lots of snow but I have been using it daily with no problems exceopt noticing that once put in gear it needed to be reveved alittle higher before it would move and when it did it kinda jumped snapping into gear.
I have been figuring its from the cold as I have no heated garage to put it in.
I could focus a space heater at the belt cover???

Anyone got any ideas,,,,I cannot get it into the shop for over a week as he is swamped working on sleds.

Default more info

I just warmed it up again reved it up high enough so it would go and gave it a good rough run in 4x4 and out thinking something might just be stuck but as soon as i slowed it just chugged forward and stalled same as before.
I tried the pull cord in gear and reverse and it pulls hard making the bike roll ahead or back..????

I am stumped

Default update

Things just seem to be getting worse because now it will not start using the electric start only with the pull cord.
It idles perfect in nuetral.

I cannot figure this out.
No lights are flashing or anything.
Is there anything I can do or try?

take your belt over off, it sounds like maybe one of your clutches isn't moving

I will take the cover off and look at the clutches as soon as this storm passes.
Another guy who works on Atvs told me to take offf the actuator and lift it out of the hole it goes in on the bottom then put it back on with out putting it down into the hole and try it.
Not sure what he means,Is there a shaft or something on the underside of the actuator that goes into a hole?
Anyone know where i could see a photo or drawing of how a normal working clutch should look and how the actuator sets inside?
