05 Arctic Cat 650 v2 problem

I have been having some problems with my cat lately(Big surprise there). Anyways its like its not getting fuel in one of the carbs, if i'm riding down the trail and give it full throttle it cuts out and gives me no power. Almost sounds like its going to one cylinder. This happened when i was on a trip this weekend so i wasn't going to tear into it on side of the trail, so i picked up some fuel system cleaner at one of the stores up there and when i ran that in my gas it seemed to come out of it. But whenever i filled my tank up again and didn't add the cleaner it would give me the same problem. Anybody know what this could be?

Thanks

If I were you , I would start by taking the bowls off both carbs and do a thorough cleaning ( including complete jet removal ) . These carbed V2 engines are very reliable , but , dirt and crap in the carbs will lead to a lot of drivabilty problems ( not the bikes fault ) . A complete and total carb cleaning , valve adjustment and fresh plugs cures the vast majority of issues with these engines .
