So went to an Atv salvage today to get a cdi and coil and rectifier and brought the bike with me and the guy at the salvage came out ran a couple test and turns out the pulser was my problem it wasnt giving off any signal to the cdi so the cdi knew when to fire the coil so problem fixed it was: The pulser under the engine cover
