Where do I connect the fuel line that goes from the carburetor to the engine

I have a 1995 Bayou 300 that isnt quite running yet but I think I know why. There are two fuel lines coming out of the carburetor but there are 3 nipples that you can hook up fuel lines to. 1 is going from gas tank to carb and the other is from the bowl for overlow. So im guessing that the reason the atv wont start is there is nothing going to the engine directly from the carb. Any thoughts????

I'm not quite with you, sorry. Fuel drops out of the tank to the isolate valve (fuel on/off/reserve). Then to the carb. It passes through the carb and drops into the engine. There's an drain and an idle screw.
There is no pipe from the carb to the engine.
???

Raw fuel doesn't go directly into the engine. It gets mixed with air in the carb and is pulled in through the intake.
