Prairie 650 Carb help!?

so i just got my bike back from getting an engine rebuild, and its running rough , im thinking its the carbs .. on a dual Carb if i look down it when its running are both the slides suppose to flutter at the idle RPM of the engine ? and if one of them isn't , could it be the idle screw on the one that isn't moving at idle ? .. my bike is running really rough at any RPM and jumps up and down when i hold my throttle constant at any speed and i noticed that with the carb but the shop is saying its the aftermarket CDI ( Dynatek ) , but it was running fine for months with it before they had it apart .. any ideas ?

Sounds like a valve adjustment issue. If there's no upper end noise, then I'd guess one or more of your valves are too tight.

Do you still have the factory CDI? Easy enough to put the factory box back in and eliminate that as an issue if you do.

i don't think it would be the valves since the shop just changed everything , and i tried the stock CDI and it's hard to start and still misses abit , and had absolutely no power. i've run the Dynatek for over a year before this with no issues.

Yes ^^^^^
And they should flutter at open throttle settings as well.
The idle adjustment has nothing to do with the slides.
