REPO... I currently have a Kawi filter in mine, only because it's easier ( I find that I go into "the toy store" much more often than I go into an autoparts or Walmart... I hate to shop in big "super" stores )... I'll be running one of the bigger ( volume ) filters on my next oil change, to increase the oil capacity... I know several people that have just been running the cheap Fram filters, & none have ever had any issues...

I like the Purolater, PUREONE filters. They appear to be made of better materials than the stock, and the Fram filters. They have a nice, heavy Viton anti-drain back valve. PL14610 is what I run, and have for a year now. This filter increases the oil refill quantity by a pint, though.

I use the Bosch <@ Autozone> with no problems. They cost a buck or so more than some, but I've always liked the quality...

Bosch generally builds a quality product, too.

I prefer spending a few extra dollars on a 7000 quad to make sure I am using the oil filter that was designed for it. I have read many indepedent test on oil filters and there seems to be enough proof to justify the extra cost of the oem filter.
