Well after changing the plugs and giving my battery a good charge it cranked off. I was told by a Mechanic to put some Marvels Mystery oil into the Cylinders to stop any rust that the water had done to the rings. I have always heard good things about that stuff.

I had the airbox off the carbs so I poured a little bit into each carb. Just enough to bog it down a little and it smoked pretty good. It says to run some in your gas to, so I'll probably do that.

I'm 99.9% sure my oil has no water in it. It looks brand new and is good and clear. I'm gonna change it and the filter anyway though. I'll even flush it w/ Kerosene just to make sure no water is in their.

I also noticed that the vent lines from both gearboxes run into the handlebar pod. My Brute never got in deeper than the fenders since It floats so I know my gearbox oils should be okay. I've snorkled my Carb vent lines up their as well and the Carbs didn't appear to have any water in them when I drained them.

I think all in all I just ruined a set of plugs and wasted some time. Could have been worse I guess.

Good news Bama, i sunk my prairie in the mississippi river once.went up to the bars, the motor died,i pushed it up to some higher ground and it cranked back up and i tried to take off and the belt slipped [only time it ever slipped] so i put it in nuetral and revved it up a couple of times and took off, all was well.I go in water all the time up to the headlights and have no problems.
