well, I believe I have trashed the cylinder from hauling it for a good ways with gas pouring down my cylinder and into my oil. My oil has come up black as hell. I have actually had the motor hydrolock from gas. so now I need to take action

ANyhow here are the questions, I am gonna put my own damn gas shutoff on the bike and run the bowls dry whenever I go to trailer it. I see the main fule line going to the carbs, but what are the damn lines that run from the gas tank to the head (right into the" intake manifold area" right under the carb.) I am confused as to their purpose. a vaccum line of some sort?

Secondy, the fan motor has some sort of vent, MIne was attatched to the fan motor and nothing else, I don't see where it belongs.

Thanks guys!

The vent hose that you are refering to goes no-where, as all it is, is a Breather hose.
You may want to invest in a the "Service Repair Manuel" for the BF750, I got mine thru www.ronayers.com for $40, part # 99924-1334-01.
Check your Fuel tap, if you have a bad o-ring or a damage gasket, fuel will leak past.
I have trailered my BF for over 300 miles on some pretty rough highways & yet have I had a problem.

maybe I should invest in a service manual. What exactly is a fuel tap? You are referring to where the gas comes out of the tank and over to the carb?

Correction
The vent hose from the fan does go somewhere. It is connected to a small tube right on top of the handlebar clamp. You will have to remove the front plastic cover that hides the cables on the handlebars. The vent hose connects to the far left tube (left side as you are sitting on the BF).
The fuel tap is located under the CDI Unit under the seat.
This info on the fuel tap is In your owners manual.

I see. Thanks for the info. The fan vent tube was melted to my exaust. haha. I pulled the fuel line and ran a longer one with a petcock.

I was actually talking about those other tubes that run to gas tcnk and plug in just below the "manifolds"
