Look at ewinches.com

They have one now for the Warn. I got mine for my Ramsey from them and it is a perfect fit.

I owe you an apology, drizzle. I went to the site to look for a Warn plate, but must have clicked on the Ramsey section.

I haven't seen the bolt pattern of a Warn, but couldn't you buy a Ramsey plate and re-drill it to fit the Warn?

I think that the bolt patter for the Ramsey 2500 and the Warn 2.5 line up. So it might work. What dod you do with the plastic shield under rad? and where is a good place for the seliniod?

The plastic piece is sitting on a shelf in the garage - I figured the mounting plate and winch provided as much protection as the plastic piece.

I mounted the solenoid high up in the right front wheel well on the frame. Then I made a splash guard out of an old innertube.
If you look toward the back of the right front well you will see a shelf in there. I didn't notice it until I finished but it almost looks like it is meant for a solenoid to sit in.

I don't know of anyone using it, but it sure looks like a logical spot. I didn't even see it until the install was finished, but after looking again over the weekend I would probably stay with where it is now as it is more protected from the elements.
