I have got a question about the 4x4 indicator light on BF 750. A friend of mine has a 750 BF and he asked me to post on here about this light coming on and off. He said it just started happening. He stated that he will just be riding along and the 4x4 indicator will flicker on and off. It may go away, or it my continue to flicker on and off.

The 4 wheel drive is not enguaged while this is happening, and nor does it try to enguage when this indicator flickers on and off.. He has no problems with it going into 4x4 that i know off. I thought i had read other post on here regarding this but couldn't find them. Does anyone know what may be causing this????

he may have the same problem alot of other people are having with the BUS connector under the back of the seat... It corrodes causing the fan to quit working, belt lights to flash, 4x4 indicator lights to flash.. all kinds of dumb stuff.... I'll see if I can find that link later and send it to you

Hey Brian! How's it going? I think I know your friend, and I can't help but wonder if his problem with his BF might just be that bus connector. I know he replaced the sending unit and that fixed his cooling fan issues...I sure hope he's able to get them all worked out. I think we're all going to do a ride from his place over Long Run sometime in the next month...interested?

PS - I have video of him jumping his BF from Saturday!

Mike
