Hey pop, NEVER drill main jets. If 190-200 are not big enough then the needle/emulsion tube combination is to lean or you need smaller air bleeds. The air bleeds on the stk carbs are not changable but you can plug them and go back to mains in the 150 range.
On the Brute, the stk airbox is pretty good and capable of low 90's HP with a regular Muzzy and 96.5 with a Brute Pro pipe.
If you have a regular Muzzy there is not much gain by opening the airbox up anyway but with a Pro Pipe we gained another 4-5HP by venting the A/B.

11.5 comp ported heads stage 2 fst muzzy and vdi with jh clutch. what jets would be good
