i have a set of 650 heads here.....how do i know if they are the older ones or the newer ones???they were free and the guy doesnt know what year 650 they are from...
on the brute force 750 i heard the prairie 700 is the best head to build....i ended up getting a set of 650 heads...but i dont know if they are the newer ones off the new motor or the older ones.....thats why i am asking how to tell them apart and if they are worth building up or not....thanx

the brute 650i and 750i have a diffrent intake and diffrent carbs. the p650-700 and brute650 have a bolt on intake with two bolts.the 650i-750i just has a round spigot that a hose goes on with a hose clamp
