Anyone have any easy ways of removing the front and rear driveshaft so I can pull the motor.

Both shafts are spring loaded with splines.
Give them a pull and you'll figure it, it's easy

the shaft on the prairie in the rear is diffrent, on the BF both front and rear will just pop out. on the prairie you have to remove the swingarm to get the rear out.
