I spent the day installing MIMB snorks and dielectric greasing everything I could find on my bike. Well after installing the snorks I went to start the bike and it wouldn't start, and if it did it would die right away. I went back through most of the connections and one of the relays towards the back under the seat fixed the no start issue. Then when i started it the Fuel Injection light keeps flashing, and my PowerCommander doesn't follow the RPM revs by increasing on the light bar indicated on the PC. It just stays on the lowest bar no matter what RPM. Any suggestions?

to much grease and its hard to get the water proof connectors to snap in all the way.
recheck everything and unhook your battery when doing so. so you dont short out the ECU.
also you might need to lean out the machine with the snorkles, since your slowing the flow of air into the enigne now.
I havent checked into it yet but on EFI machines you can jump to wires and it gives you a code why the FI light is flashing, to can track down your problem that way also but first find out witch wires to jump.
and get a list of the code numbers,

yes get you a service manual you can get it to flash a certain way to diagnose which connection is messed up. It will only basically tell you if it is faulty or not usually when they are out of spec or just glitchy it wont throw a code so you need to hunt crap down which is a pain.

yup EFI is great when its working right, or you can go nuts trying to figure out whats wrong, and find out a pin was pushed out just alittle and was making you have a bad day. been there done that, and i coast me a day at the track, sportbikes got more shtuff going on, and it was a real pain to find it had to pull every thing apart till i found the pin pushed out of the socket, put it back in and bingo no more EFI light and the motor ran good again, but cost me a day of riding and putting down laps at the track. you should get a manual just so you can fix your own little problems when your warranty runs out.
