Just got done doing the brute flywheel swap on my prairie. When I went to hit the ignition, the starter just whined without turning over the motor. What do I need to look for when I take it back apart to find out what I messed up on.

Sounds like the gears aren't lining up for some reason, you should be able to see the problem easily once it's apart.
