Default brute force a arm bushings

here they are.. i just finished these up today, they are cast from 90 durometer polyurethane.. the sleeve is drill rod, which is as hard as the hinges of hell so it should never wear.. Wheelie king will be getting the first set (this is his a arm) and my brother will be trying a set in his 650i.. then they are on the market.

according to rivamotorsports.com the sleeve, bearing and ball setup are $70.01 per side, and thats if you dont need the seals.. the allballs kit according to their site is $38 per side which is basically the same as the origional crap.. i will be selling these for $75 + shipping which includes everything you need to do both upper a arms including grease fittings which must be used for the longest bushing life..

What kind of fit do these bushes have? Light press fit, push in, drop in?

they are a tight fit, you can push the sleeve through by hand but it takes some pressure.. it would be easier if i lubed them, but they wouldnt look as good for the photo shoot the sleeve turns easily inside the bushings, and once they are greased they will be really smooth..

like i said, i will put a 1 year replacement warranty on them, but i see no reason why they wouldnt last forever.. i have used the same material in car controll arms, even without the sleeve and i never got one back yet..
