Just bought today, big problems

He said the cam is still useable, but it's showing signifigantly more wear than the front which he said was perfect

The rear cylinder seems to be the most succeptable to damage from the extra heat. It's not ventilated as well as the front. If the previous owner neglected proper oil change intervals, then you might have bottom-end (rod bearing) propblems soon. Hard to say......
