My 650 recently started smoking when i start and it continues to smoke until it is warm.I am going on a limb and say it's valve seals.Oh yeah and the smoke is oil.

Sounds like the oil rings are getting weak.

If it goes away when it warms up you are right in thinking valve stem seals. When the seals warm up they swell, not allowing oil to pass as freely as when cold.

You could be right, but in my experience with bad valve seals, oil would leak into the cylinders when the engine was shut down, and burn off within the first 5-10 seconds.

Leaking valve seals will also make it smoke on decel cause it is pulling oil past the seals
