I have read in the KFX-700 and the KFX-450R owner manuals that you need to torque the bolts to 58 foot pounds . I just had to replace a stud on my KFX-700 that stretched to the breaking point . What is everyone else torquing the wheel nuts to ? I think Kawasaki is wrong as the studs seem to be made of mild steel and they stretch before you get to 58 foot pounds .

I just make them tight, if the wheel falls off, it's not tight enough!
