Drilled mains so start at a 5/64 drill bit or you can buy Factory Pro jets, they make them all way up to 250.

http://www.factorypro.com/index.htm

215 is a 5/64 bit
230 is a #43 bit
235 is a 3/32 bit
250 is a 1/8th bit

I think 5/64 will be big, 42 pilots, shimmed needles, 180-190 range

With crossovers your gonna be around 3/32 drilled. 180 is to small a jet for crossovers, that is what a 12 hole mod and standard intakes use.

On my 715 with 12 holes, hmf duals and cross overs, it was jetted perfect at 185 front and rear, just a little rich off idle on the front cylinder, this was uing an a/f meter

I agree as each bike can be different but in general most need drilled jets.

WOW, I did not think I would have to go that big since I got 135 and 140 in there now. I think I will buy some 180,185 and 190, see how that works. Will drill if I need bigger. Thanks alot for the great input!
