Default Drilling holes? should or shouldnt?

Should I drill holes in my airbox lid? I will be running duals and a better spring. What would it do to it...and how many should i drill? I heard you shouldnt remove it..but you can drill holes in it.

I wouldn't drill holes. It'll punch out a little more power w/correct jetting but then you're lid is screwed over and you have to buy another if you want to change it back. If you do drill then drill a couple on each side but not directly over the filter. You can remove the lid fine as long as you put a filter cover over it which is what I would do.
