What will Dalton weights do?

Just put my Dalton blue spring and overdrive cover on the last week. It runs so much better than stock spring! I also got the weights, but have not put them on yet. What will the weights do when I add them? As far as I could tell, the stall on the blue was the same as the stock but this thing pulled so much harder.

The weights were shaped to give you good belt grip without hurting your RPM's on top.
