Just got my Dalton Weights. install was a snap with there puller. i think it took longer for me to get that stupid lil clamp on the CVT cover, at the top where the rubber breather goes in than it took for the whole freeking install. no kidding! Anyway. I have the EPI pink and also got the Dalton Blue. I put the blue in just now with the weights. My ?? is. is that a good choice? how many shims are you guys with the blue using? i don't have any in..

thanks all.

PS.. if you need springs or weights, or anything like that. Deal with Dalton. great service and one heck of a great guy. I recommend them 110%

LOL, yea that clamp on the CVT boot is a royal pain in the rear! I fight with it every time I do any jetting or servicing the clutch. I found if you happen to have the air box cover off, go ahead and remove that black side piece with the foam attached to it. Once that is out of the way, the rubber CVT boot goes back on much easier and i take the clamp completely off and put it back on after the boot is on. I agree. Dale and Dalton rocks, service is great and his parts are top notch!

I am running the Dalton weights and blue spring with the stock shim. I like it for everything except sand. Need some more stall there. I am planning on trying two more shims and if i don't like that, probably get the orange/blue spring with a couple of shims.

Tony, I use the dalton blue with 2 shims, seems to work well in the woods and hills.
