Dune Trip

Me and four other 16-17 year olds are planning a dune trip to Little Sahara, Oklahoma. I know its on the best set of dunes but everything else is too far away for us right now. Its about a 10 hour drive for us now. We will be leaving early on March 24 then leaving around the 28th. Last time i went it was a lot of fun...but only 3 of us needed a bigger group. We will be have my orange kfx 400, two raptor 660's (black one and a blue one), a yellow ds 650, and a kx 250f (bike). Also last time i was there i only saw about three v-forces the hole time and they were all mostly stock....This time id love to see some of your v-forces there especially some of yours with the nos on them...so i could watch you kick some butt on the drags.

We are probably going to be down in LS in late March as well. My best friend is a highway construction worker and is going to Anthony, Kansas for a few months. We are going down to visit him and we're going to hit the dunes while we are there.

Count me in hopefully. You will just have to REMIND me via a PM when the date gets closer or I will forget. Also will have to schedule some time off if its not on the weekend. I dont have Nos, but I can run with the rest of them. Towards the front of the pack of course!

I'll check with my cohorts and see which weekend they're planning to be up there. We're hoping to make a trip every month in 2005.

I will try to make that date if there will be a few guys there. I would like to meet some of you guys in person. We could see how a 800 and nx kit does against them other quads. Please PM me when it gets closer.

Be careful out there, ALOT of Quad thief's in that area !!!

Had my Truck, Trailer, & 2 Quads stolen at a motel in Tulsa on our way to Little Sahara just last September. There wasn't anything on the truck or trailer that would even indicate that we had quads, but some a$$hole stole the whole shootin' match, rite out of the parking lot !!!

Make sure everything in insured and have pictures of all of your equipment, tools, gear, everything that you are taking. Put a cut-off switch on your truck so it cannot be started by a thief. They are quick and they are PROFESSIONALS !!!!!

My Buddy & I are out over $35,000. between the quads, trailer, tools, gear, etc.
I did get my truck back, with $1,200.00 damage to it !!!!

Have fun, but protect yourself !!!!!!!!

Tulsa is on the otherside of Oklahoma....hours away from LS.

And magicz, please dont come. I dont want to be smoked by an 800bb. :P
