I see alot of people have changed there tie rod ends, WHY?
Just wearing out?? broken??

I bent a couple stock tie rods before i got my diamond g rods and was wondering if i did any damage to the ends???

I dont have any play in the wheels like a car would have with bad ends ,,
Is it obvious that when they are bad????? or really worn???
Just curious...

I ran my V-Force at the 12 hour and we had the Diamond G rods and stock Kaw ends. We noticed we were getting a loose feeling in the steering and Mike Walker did an inspection and fount the inner tie-rod end was wearing funny on the steering stem thus giving it a loose feeling in the steering. Honda EX400 ends are a better design and so far have shown no signs of extra wear on the stem.

Are the honda ends a direct drop on part or did you have to do some modification to get them to work?

They are drop in... they work perfect with Diamond G rods and I have heard the Rockymountain has the best price on them.

RMATV has the Tusk 400ex tie rod ends for $21.99 a pair--can't beat that price.

Im using the tusk brand, I have had no problem with them. They are better built then the stockers.
