Is there any way to make a chart that converts drill bit size to Main Jet size. I found THIS chart that gives the measurements of drill bits. Anyone know how to convert this to Jet size.
I want to ride this weekend & need a 178-180 jet. Installed a Muzzy on my brute & it's way lean. Just wondering so I dont have to sit on it all weekend & go Vrooooooom Vrooooooom

there is a chart on here. drilling jets is i beleive how i found it. you will probable need numbered bits for a size that small.

just my 2c!! dont drill jets, one never knows what happens, jets are cheap enough, rather have a variety of them at home!! just my 2c!! thanx!! good luck!!

The thing about that jet chart is keihin jets don't come in half sizes.
