Is there any way to make a chart that converts drill bit size to Main Jet size. I found THIS chart that gives the measurements of drill bits. Anyone know how to convert this to Jet size.

I want to ride this weekend & need a 178-180 jet. Installed a Muzzy on my brute & it's way lean. Just wondering so I dont have to sit on it all weekend & go Vrooooooom Vrooooooom

I think I just seen a chart on HL site that somebody posted in the brute and prairie section about a week ago, I knew I should have saved it.

there is a chart on here. drilling jets is i beleive how i found it. you will probable need numbered bits for a size that small.

2004 blaze orange kfx-700. HMF Duals, epi orange, 55gram weights, boondockers, upp intakes, twin air proflow, 15 hole, proarmor bumper, mini ms mod, 6000k HID's , msd plug boots, overdrive clutch, 22-14-8 mini desert traks, venlowering kit, adjustable aluminuim rear strut wheelie bar.
2002 scrambler 400 2x4 freedom plastics and graphics, hpd race pipe, boxermutt/Bubba porting, lectron, e85 duner/dragger and who knows what else.
1999 cr 125r. skids, gaurds, fmf shorty and crisp jetting. woods rider/play bike.

Thanks, there is some stuff I'm reading in search, I typed jets & its under drilling jets. I do have a LM-1 to check A/F.

You could also just try shimming the needles to get it close so you can ride.

dont drill jets, one never knows what happens, jets are cheap enough, rather have a variety of them at home!!

The thing about that jet chart is keihin jets don't come in half sizes.
