Default Ohio now requires a license plate

Ok so I go to get the sticker for my other V today and they tell me there are no more stickers. Effective last week they now issue you a plate with a little sticker to put on the plate. I went ahead and just got two plates so I would have plates in sequence. For those of you who also have plates where are you mounting the plates at?

Yeah I hear ya, if you have a current sticker you don't have to go to the plate until it expires. My sticker was good till 2013 but I wanted the plates for both V's to be in order. (im weird like that)

HAHA yeah right! That was the first thing I said to them "So I can ride it on the street now" they laughed and said same rules applied as before. It doesn't cost anymore to the rider so I am not sure why they went to plates.

I should have made the title different. They are not making you get it it is still an option. What I'm saying though is they no longer offer a sticker it is now a plate if you do choose to get one. Some places require it along with insurance to ride. I like to have both and the insurance is a must IMO.
