Ok I think I figured it out I started measuring the electric side of the bike. Stator source coil fine also the primary side of main coil fine. When I got to the secondary side of the main coil it had an open cicuit. I then put a plug in the boot and spun motor and it was sparking. I measured circuit again and it was still bad. I removed the boot from the wire and again measured and this time it came up good. Something in the boot is shorted or broken. I next put a spare coil on the bike that measured good and the spark was much brighter. I guess that the spark was jumping in the bad boot. My question is when the spark plug is in the cylinder and under compression with weak spark will it spark at all. This would explain the overload of fuel in the cylinder.

it will spark but it wont combust the raw fuel causing it not to spark

The fuel only gets in one way,that's past the needle/seat.

Ok got it started in 3 kicks tonight. The coil was the problem. Not a strong enough spark. Thanks for the help guys, all good info
