That is funny. I pulled mine apart yesterday it was the same thing a bolt from where the air box bolts to the carbs came out and went down the intake. Luckly it just bent a valve. Thanks for the reply though. Hope yours goes back together ok.

Found out what the problem is. A screw fell down into the carb apparently and got stuck in the valve opening fortunately it hadn't fallen into the combustion chamber and mess up the head, piston or cylinder wall. Good luck with your bike

Haven't figured it out yet but haven't dug into it much. Need to still check compression but it doesn't seem to be the valves but not sure

I read your problem on the forum. I had the same problem today. Have you figured out what is causing it. If you could let me know what you have found it would greatly help. Thanks Jimmy
