hey john.. i was wondering if you had a diagram of an 05 arctic cat 250 atv.. i need the timing procedure sheet.. its a 2 valve and the arctic cat place here only showed 4 valve engines in their book so i guess they only had the updated ones.

if you have any friends that might have it please let me know because i have tried timing it myself but cant figure it out

My '09 750 Kwacker has a "jerking motion" when starting off SLOWLY. The belt is tight enough to cause a slight squeal when in gear. NEVER been anywhere near water that was deeper than the bottom of the rim {6" or so}. Only happened once in awhile......Thoughts? OH....I should mention that it has about 65 hours, and about 400 miles.....very easy miles....

I have a question that maybe only you can answer you seem to know kawi's very well ...

behind my clutch there is a plate and for some reason the fins on the back of my clutch keep scraping it and its making a loud noise... I have already replaced the plate and now its hitting the plate again ?? why would this possibly happen not even the dealer can offer me any advice so am hoping you might have seen this before or know of a cause? maybe there is suppose to be a washer or something separating this from happening? any help would be greatly appreciated the bike is almost in new condition and never abused
