Problem with Brute Force, please save my 4-wheeler from shop!

okay, here's the scenario... My buddy has a 2007 brute force 750 STOCK... it had set awhile and his brother gave it to him to fix... It will start up just fine and idle like nothings wrong.. but when you hit the throttle, it bogs down and you have to pepper the gas to get it to rev up and if at any point you hold in the throttle it just bogs and backfires constantly!!! we pulled the carbs out and cleaned them the best we could... put it together and it still does it!

Any ideas?

How do you properly clean the jets?

If you pull the pilot and main jets back out, look through the holes on the sides of each jet to see or insure there is no blockages or debris in the holes - if there is clean out with carb cleaner and blow out with compressed air.Check your carb to head and carb to air box rubber boots for dry root and air leaks - correct as needed.Check the fuel pump inlet screen in gas tank - check to insure there is no dirt and slime in gas tank - clean as needed. Install main jets closer to size of each other like a Kehein #152 front and a Kehein # 154 rear.check carb slide diaphrams for dry rot and cracks - insure the diaphrams are seated properly when you install back on there. Check carb needle jets - NFKK front and NFKL rear, or just install 2 NFKL needles.Start there and report back.Oh yeah, check your intake and ehaust valve gaps while your at it cause no ones probably checked it.Make sure you buy a service manual - It will help you in the long run.

05 Brute 750i Stock engine/ Muzzy Pro exhaust,Dynatec cdi,Vision Bruiser 14" wheels, 26" Bear Claw HTR Tires,3" intake snorkle - restricted,2" CVT snorkles,10" electric fan with custom mount,Mr Gasket Fuel Pump ,rejetted at #42 pilots, 3 out on A/F screws,stock needles shimmed .030",# 168/# 168 main Jets
