Very hard starting

I’m running a 800 BBC with stage 3 cams. Crossover intakes. CBR 36 mm carbs. It has always been very hard to start cold with the 36 mm carbs. Rocker lash is set correctly. Pilot jets are clear. Full choke doesn’t help.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

My radiator guard. My 14mm stainless steel tie rods. ODI grips, Honda throttle, My stainless steel pegs, My billit stator cover.

I have your exact same set up. It has always been hard to start when cold. If my battery is at 100% charged it starts a lot easier. Also make sure you have fresh 93 octane in the fuel tank.

That was stupid. I just answered my own post. I found out that the battery was most of the problem.

Garage
I know this is old, but do you still have compression releases on the cams?
They start way easier with full compression.
