99-2000 Mule bogs down after it's warm

I have the original Kawasaki Mule. don't know what year but it's early. Bogs down after it gets warmed up. Sometimes I'm not sure it's going to make it up the driveway. FYI, it came from Texas and were running it at 10200 feet. Carb issue? Thanks in advance.
