|greasemonkey||Usually when the engine fires out the exhaust it is either running too rich , the timing is retarded, or the valves are too tight.Check the color of the spark plugs to see if it is rich.For the timing to change enough for it to backfire it would be something electrical like the ignition module.And lastly if the valves are tight, they will get tighter when everything is hot and expanded.I hope this gives you a direction to start looking.|

|LAVRx||Yes i've checked that valve and i can blow through one side, but could not blow through other side.|

|BRICKLAYER||Im not 100% sure but im pretty sure there is a vacuum valve that comes off the fuel pump that is supposed to control the pressure. it is bolted right beside the fuel pump. check that. i was told if you take it off and blow through it its faulty but i could be wrong it might actually need pressure to opperate.|

Fuel pump pressure
I have n problem with my Kawasaki Brute Force 750i 4x4 2008year. I already changed fuel pump, because ATV was loosing power. When I started ATV it works ok, bet when i ride ATV for about 15 minutes it starts to loose power. Also there was an really loud shots from exhaust. So I and mechanics though it was fuel pump problem, but when I changed fuel pump problem still stayed.
So we think that there is an problem with fuel pump pressure, maybe someone knows optimal fuel pump pressure. We can measure pressure, but we don't know the right pressure to compare it.
I'm newbie in this forum and sorry if this isn't the right place to write this thread, and also sorry for my English.
