02 650 backfires out of exhaust and carbs
Was running fine then just started to bog out and backfire. Adjusted valves, new spark plugs, drained and added new gas. Cranks and idles ok. Give it gas and it backfires . Any suggestions would be appresiated. MAchine has 4000 HARD miles. Does the 02 650 have the bog down belt related mechanism?

yeah like camo said, i would pull the belt cover off and make sure the switch is in the right direction. the 02's dont have a belt light, so i would check that first.
