Hey I'm new to this forum. I just bought 08 brute force 750 from my buddy and it has no problems. When I took it out lastnight it ran perfect just like always. Rode bout 20 minutes and turned it off in the trails then it wouldn't start checked some stuff and it did not have spark. so I loaded it up took it home and took all the relays off put dielectric grease on the connection and the same for the ECU and seen that a connector was loose so I held it and boom fired right up then gave it gas and its in limp mode. And just to save your fingers it has nothing todo with the belt the belt is brand new and we already flipped the switch and reset it still in limp mode Thanks in advance just would like to know if anyone else has had this problem

That was the first ride with it being mine I didn't even have it 24hrs

If the switch was flipped you have to remove the CVT cover and put the switch in the "on" position and then do the reset in order to clear the limp mode. Any loss of power with the key on will cause the same symptoms.
