09 brute force 750. a-arm breaks from frame

waas riding with a friend down a dirt trail, not very technical . was going over rocks and such then heard a awful sound. a-arm broke free from welded ring where the a-arm is secured on. is that covered undwer warranty. bought it new 3 months ago
