I bought this thinking I was getting a good deal. Little did I know. It was missing about $400 worth of eBay parts, including the rear rack, some engine plugs, battery, and some various little odds and ends. The SOB that sold it to me said it needed rings. I took upper engine apart and it all looks to be fine. I got down to the piston and removed it. That's when I found an issue. The connecting rod moves up and down on the crank at least 1/8". Maybe 1/4". What do I do now??
I don't know if I should continue or scrap the whole project. Does any one on here know what has to be done to replace rod bearing and/or Rod, and possibly crank? Does the crank come out one side ? Split cases? Never dug this deep into one of these. I looked for some info on it- none to be found-as of yet. Any help would be appreciated.

You can still buy the center crank pin and the roller pins for the rod bearing, takes 19.
