Hey all,

Here's my nightmare.......bought this quad knowing it had no spark. In the past month I've replace the wire harness, regulator, stator, and pick up coil but still don't have spark. My next piece is going to be the cdi box. If that doesn't fix the problem can anyone thnk of anything else? I've already checked the ground going to the block. One weird thing is the reverse sensor switch. It has a constant power going to it but when the wires are plugged in it looses power. Anyone know how to test this sensor?

How About the Kill Switch

I found on mine last night that my kill switch apparently wasn't making good enough contact with the (whatever you call the copper contact pads) for the juice to flow through when in the on position. So it was like the switch was off, hence no spark. I clipped a jumper wire on connecting the two pads and it has spark. I'll figure out the rest later, but at least it resolved the spark issue.
