I'm looking for a good source to download service manual. There seem to be a million sources where you can download a pdf manual where the seller claims it's the actual service manual used by the dealer. I'm not sure if that is a BS claim or not. I would like to find one with as much detail as possible. I've got a 2003 650 Prairie that has cronic clogged jet issues. I just paid someone a few months ago to do work on my quad and it was running great and then suddenly the popping started again which I could correct by choking it a little. As usual when I needed it most to plow after a 2ft snowfall it refused to start......again. I'm assuming the jets are clogged again. It's frustrating as hell. I'm ready to sell the god damn thing and buy something more reliable. When it's running it's a total beast and I love it but it never seems to last for long. This machine has been this way as long as I've owned it. I ALWAYS turn the fuel off when I'm done running it yet it still seems to get fouled in no time. Maybe the petcock is leaking or something and fouling the carbs. I bought a 2002 for my wife that has never had this issue but mine is like this all the time. I hate the idea of taking it apart myself because I'm the guy that always drops the screw where you should never drop it. I either need to become proficient at cleaning the carbs on this machine or I need to get rid of it. So that brings me to my search for a good service manual. Any tips?
