Hello, new to the forums. I was wondering what are expectable noises that my 2013 Brute 750I EPS should make. I know the little clicking noises are normal when things are working but after 10 hours I noticed creaking coming from the front end.

any help would be great !

Thanks, from Atlantic Canada

Sometimes the A-arm bushings will be a little creaky.

Back the diff-loc adjustment off a little and see if it quits. Some shops over tighten it when cold and when they warm up, the friction level increases on the packs making a weird sound as they rotate. The 2012s+ have rubber bushings in the a-arms now so those shouldn't make noise like the old ones....at least they better not...I put a set of 13s upper-As and bushings on my 06 to stop the wearing problems. So far..so good.

It may also be a binding brake pad from a sticking caliper. Look to see if one of the disks has some heavy marks on it or when it does this, jack it up and give each side a spin to see if one feels harder then the other. Its also a good test for the diff-loc.
