2016 brute 750 code 31 ?????

Have a 2016 Brute Force 750 fuel injected. Very low miles. Ran perfectly then one day I went to start it and it would not start. Thought it was the fuel pump replace the fuel pump and it's not getting fuel. Did a self- diagnostic and a code 31 came up. What can cause this? Can a bad battery cause this code? I know that the ECU is telling the fuel pump to shut down.

Code 31 has always been a vehicle down sensor or roll-over sensor. It can be a connection or the sensor itself. That will kill the fuel pump. A 10 second search with Google told me that. Could have save you from buying a fuel pump.

Thank you. I did find that., was wondering what to do next

Where was the sensor located?
