When I put my New 2016 Teryx in gear it does not engage I have to give it a little gas then it engages with a clink or a slight klunk. This does it when I put it in High, Low.or reverse. I was told by a couple dealers this is normal? Does any one have the same issue? Thanks Phil e

Hey Phil, I'm not trying to be an ars. Are you familiar with CVT type transmission ? The symptoms you mention are normal with a CVT. Kawasaki has a pretty smooth system so the clunk shouldn't be excessive. Check out some videos on how CVT's work and it should ease your mind. Watch a few videos of some Teryx's and pay attention to how they sound when put in gear.

If you still think you have something wrong you can take it into the dealer.
